We’ve been playing around with this flavour for a bit, and we are sure you will enjoy the taste of nutmeg, garlic, cinnamon and chiles.  Fear not, this isn’t a ‘red hot’ jerk.  It’s more subtle, but very “taste of the islands”.  Enjoy!
